The departure point is located in the town centre.
Starting the route and continuing along calle Major until reaching the Porreres to Llucmajor road (Ma-5020). Upon reaching the roundabout, we are at our first stop, the Pou Nou, a well located in the roundabout parterre. A first branch of this route takes us to the Pou des Riquers well. To that end, we must continue along the road until finding on the right hand side the des Riquers road, that leads us directly to the well, which can be easily seen from the road.
Furthermore, if returning to Porreres, just before reaching the aforementioned roundabout, we can continue along the route towards the Sa Mesquida road. The route goes straight ahead to skirt around the Puig de Sa Mesquida, Soldats and d'en Femella. In the middle of this route we can stop to see the Pou de Son Cudem well (a well which was restored a few years ago).
The route continues downhill until the intersection of the Tast (Son Moreis) road. A few metres from the intersection, to the left and climbing a steep earthern ramp we can reach the Font des Moreis. There we can take the opportunity to see the former water containment dyke and enter the forest to the spring; along the route part of a small canal which channelled the water from the spring to the water containment dyke can be seen. Our walk continues along the des Tast road until taking the junction to the right along the Son Cota road, taking us to the Pou de Son Cota. The return to Porreres can be done via the Son Drago road which takes us to the Porreres to Campos road, and there we can choose either to take Route 1 or return to the departure point.
